Delle Palme

I booked individual air conditioning and got a room with a hole in the wall that didn't refrigerate anything. The hotel said: "We can't turn on the air conditioner" - and in 4 days did nothing. Even Booking tried to help, but the hotel offered no solution. We stayed in the old wing unreformed, with warm room, poorly preserved and impossible to rest or sleep well. 4 nights without sleep. Bad experience. Totally incompatible with a 4-star hotel.

We had booked a package holiday and although the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the set menu we were offered in the evening was poor in standard in both quality, quantity, and variety. Added to this, each and every meal was served lukewarm and therefore even more unappetising. Our room was fine but a number of other guests in our group were disappointed with either an inadequate shower facility or a toilet which refused to operate! Also the outdoor swimming pool, although advertised, was unavailable for most of our stay as it took days to fill.

On the occasion of an event organized by Giuliana Di Venti – Hospitality Experience, I had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Delle Palme, a structure that stands out for its strategic location in the center of Sant’Agata and for the convenience of parking, particularly useful in such a busy location. What I appreciated most was the warm and smiling Welcoming of Giorgia, who since our arrival made us feel welcome with a rare and sincere kindness. Always available and attentive, he was able to offer valuable assistance with grace and professionalism. A special mention also for the waitresses on the floors, always courteous and discreet, which helped to make the stay even more pleasant. Hotel Delle Palme is a perfect choice for those looking for a stay of comfort, simplicity and authentic Sorrento hospitality.
