Don Pepe Terme e Beauty Farm

Like every year I return with my groups to “Don Pepe”. Why do I choose it? Many reasons! The reception staff is always available for every customer need, excursion proposals and mud therapy packages, the massages are a source of well-being. What can I say? This hotel is convenient because even though it doesn't have a shuttle, there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. The rooms were nice (at least the one we were in), clean, and equipped with the essentials. Kindness is found sparingly among only a few members of the restaurant staff (waiters) and the reception (very rarely). There was no lifeguard at the hotel pool, and at my house, swim caps are only worn in the pool, but we didn't wear them either, seeing that others were doing the same. Breakfast was plentiful, but there weren't any good quality items. Then moving on to lunch and dinner, which were a true disaster! The chef was terrible, and I recommend changing him because he made disgusting dishes. For example: they weren't even able to make a simple breaded cutlet and fries, not to mention everything else. For a 4-star hotel, it really disappointed us. The waiters obviously couldn't perform miracles, but they could at least bring me a soup! The menu was ridiculous, with dishes that a 3-year-old could make, and even better ones. One evening, dessert was expected, but the chef hadn't made it because he didn't have time, What a shame!! We absolutely will not return. As for the reception, there was a fairly young girl who was not polite; while we were talking, she was counting money, disregarding what we were saying. As a 4-star establishment, it disappointed us!

Positive, with a pool, not far from the sea. There were complaints about the food, being a 4-star, but it was fine for me.
