We had a wonderful stay at the Grifo Hotel in Ischia and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The food was absolutely lovely and exquisitely prepared by the talented Head Chef, Pasquale. Every meal was beautifully presented and full of flavour, making dining at the hotel one of the highlights of our stay. A special mention must go to Enzo, the head waiter, who served us on most days. His service was truly exceptional. He was attentive throughout our stay, offered excellent food and wine recommendations, and even remembered our preferred drinks every morning and evening. It’s this level of personal service that really made us feel valued and welcome. The concierge team were also fantastic, always happy to help and offering complimentary transfers at various times throughout the day to the main port of Ischia, which was a brilliant added touch. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with drinks, setting the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Special thanks to the reception staff and everyone at the hotel for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. We would highly recommend the Grifo Hotel to anyone visiting Ischia and look forward to returning in the future.

Overall A fantastic stay for 6 nights which was very relaxing and just what we needed. Very clean and fantastic food. Enzo the Maitre’d and his team made the hotel, so much passion for his work it really showed! The only thing letting this hotel down was the location. Great that they provided a free shuttle into Ischia Port (albeit you need to reserve the times) but if you want to walk from the hotel it’s quite a walk and has steep inclines which make it very hard work. The buses around the island are very good tho and cheap.

I stayed with my family from June 29 to July 5 at this splendid hotel. I could not have chosen a better place. We found what we needed: relaxation, silence, quality and abundant food, a king's breakfast, refinement, extreme cleanliness, friendliness, and kindness. We were truly on vacation in the true sense of the word without having to worry about anything, served and pampered, and we also had fun with Enzo the Maitre d' who pampered us like a father. Praise to the chef Pasquale, his cooking is truly exceptional, the guys at the bar, the reception, and the fabulous owners, Mrs. Carmela and Mr. Alberto, everyone made this vacation special. The spa is well laid out, the lady who gave me the massage was exceptional, a clean pool like you don't find in facilities around, keep it up. I highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely be back! Ischia is a wonderful island. Thank you for everything, we will keep you in our hearts 💓
