Hotel Parco Dei Principi

Fantastic property, we have been coming to the Parco dei Principi for years and we always find professionalism, courtesy, and so much more. A thank you to everyone and in particular to Carmine and all his guys at the pool.

The hotel is a classic designed by Gio Ponti, the famous Italian architect. It has great natural light, especially in the rooms. The recent refurbishment is nice preserving original features. The entry does feel a little void as it’s big and glass but that’s to capture the beautiful views that the hotel has, as well as its terraces. Great beach, swimming area, and terrace. The beach could stay open until 8PM in the summer for swimming but, a minimum detail. With the above background, I can give the proper backdrop. There is only one name you need to know in this hotel and it’s Massimiliano; He is the man. Every night when I would get back from dinner he would greet me smiling. He made sure we had everything we needed at all times. He ensued that everything was in order always, maintaining the utmost professionalism and Neapolitan hospitality. Massimiliano, also found and brought us a bag of presents we left on the terrace after drinks one evening. He told us that he remembered us walking in with the bag and when someone else found it he brought it to our room. No matter your mood Massimiliano can put a smile on your face and makes you feel like an individual guest with bespoke service. When he is working you get personalize and attentive responses. He remembers your name and makes it his job to take whatever you need to find a solution. If I had one recommendation to this hotel is to find more employees like him as he was the highlight of the hotel. He made the experience, and the price of the hotel worth it. The service he provides is similar to that in the Fours seasons, this type of service and training he has could be shown to the other employees across the property. Bravo, Massimiliano!!!

This review is solely for MASSIMILIANO, the bellboy of the night. My husband and I were about to leave since we arrived because the air conditioning was not working, we did not like the room, etc., but we went to dinner to take some time to think about what to do, and when we returned to the room, we called the reception about the air conditioning to send us a fan, and at that moment, MAGIC, they sent us Massimiliano, with his kind character, willing to help us, he fixed the air conditioning that someone else had checked and did not resolve, he fixed the connection to charge our cell phones, he helped us with ice for my husband's neuropathy, he also assisted us with the TV when we did not know how to set the channels, there was a fly in the room and he brought us bug spray, all in less than 10 minutes, he really made us feel at home, finally someone who treated us with respect and never stopped smiling. I would like everyone who visits this hotel to ask for him; he only works at night, and greet him, you will not regret it, he is a good man and loves his job. MASSIMILIANO, YOU ARE THE BEST.
