Excellent location, at a cool 500 meters above sea level. The distance from the center is mitigated by the free shuttle. The outdoor spaces, pool, and garden are beautiful, with a view of the Gulf. All the staff are available and courteous, compliments.

There are places where you sleep. And then there are places where you truly feel welcomed. The Prestige Hotel has been exactly that for us. It is difficult to find a flaw when every single detail is taken care of with love: from the warm welcome to the impeccable cleanliness, from the genuine kindness of the staff to the willingness with which every request is listened to. And believe me, that is not a given today. A special thanks to Angela, Italia, Thomas, Francesco, Antonio, and all the staff, even to those whom I unfortunately cannot name simply because I do not know their names. Each of them contributed to making us feel not like customers, but like guests. The facility is beautiful, the environments are well-kept and relaxing, the pool is a small corner of peace, the view is breathtaking, and every morning it reminds you why you chose the Amalfi Coast. The breakfast and food were always excellent, with quality products and attentive, smiling service. I travel a lot, and when I find a place that exceeds expectations, I like to mention it. Because reviews also serve to reward those who work with passion. If you are looking for a hotel where professionalism, courtesy, cleanliness, relaxation, and humanity walk together, stop looking. The Prestige Hotel is not just a place to stay: it is one of those places that, while you are checking out, already makes you want to return. From "Miss Out of Place," the rating can only be one: 5 full stars. And well-deserved.

What a wonderful hotel with the best staff members. Setting the beautiful hills over looking the town, with a classic view of Mount Vesuvius. View of the surrounding bay and Naples. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely receptionist who couldn't do enough for us all holiday. Very family friendly staff who adored our little boy. Rooms were lovely and very italian in design, and lobby area were always clean and everyone greeted you with a smile and a Ciao. Pool.was a brilliant addition and very modern. Quite a big size in beautiful gardens and a pool side bar. Excellent shuttle bus with great safe drivers. It was such a lovely stay but made all the better by the family feel the staff gave. Meeting the lovely receptionist and her family made our stay as her children occupied my little son all day in the pool, allowing us some relaxation. Beautiful hotel but more beautiful staff. Oh and it has a car park!!
