Hotel Residence Le Terrazze

Among the winding roads is this hotel. We booked a family room, which even had a small kitchenette. The view of the volcano and the bay. Very nice staff, who were very accommodating and the willingness to do things for you was there all the time. Free shuttle bus down to Sorrento and back.

We traveled to Sorrento, Italy with 18 of our family members including children ages 11 to 4 years old. Our stay at Le Terrazze in Sorrento was absolutely wonderful. The hotel was beautiful, spotless, and exceptionally well maintained. What truly made our experience special was the incredible staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome and comfortable. They were warm, attentive, and could not do enough for us throughout our stay. Special thanks to Aurora at the front desk for being extra helpful with all of our questions and requests throughout our stay. The hospitality in general was outstanding, and their genuine kindness made us feel right at home. The stunning views, immaculate accommodations, and exceptional service created memories that our family will cherish forever. We highly recommend Le Terrazze to anyone visiting Sorrento and hope to return again someday!

The fact that this hotel has an incredible view and bright and modern rooms is already an excellent surprise, but the greatest satisfaction of this residence is the welcome, kindness and solidarity shown by the team of this hotel. We were in trouble with a booking of a ‘ghost’ apartment that we never found, despite the incredible help of the locals and the Terrazze team who in the end found us 2 rooms in their hotel when everything was full in the area and allowed us to start our holiday in better conditions. We were warned of the kindness of the Italians in this region, but at this point it is remarkable. Thank you again. We would have liked to stay longer but it was full and I know now why guests like this hotel
