Unfortunately there were several things that led me to give a low Rating. Check-in was not done in person, so there was no way to ask for information. The electric hob was missing in the kitchen, which I had to retrieve in another apartment while on the phone with a person at the property. The wi-fi was not working and to use the bathroom faucet, we were given a clamp because it was broken. On the first day, back in the apartment in the late afternoon, there was no hot water. Contacted the person of the structure, this intervened quickly, solving the problem. Too bad that, around 21:00, we found ourselves without water. I contacted the person again and he answered calmly that he had left and that he had to close the main of our apartment for a leak in the cellar. The unexpected can happen, but it is really absurd that you turn off the water without warning and without making sure that the guests are organized: we would have expected them to bring water to drink and at least a bucket to be able to flush the bathroom or to change apartments, since there were available and the problem only affected our Accommodation. We went 12 hours without water, with all the inconvenience that follows. In the morning they intervened again and everything seemed to be ok. After a while we started to feel hot and realized that the radiators were on (probably they did tests on the system). I set the thermostat inside the house to zero, which was already low anyway, but the radiators were still very hot, and we are talking about AUGUST 20. Contacted the same person, she tells me that he would intervene to fix. Meanwhile, on my own initiative, I closed the radiator valves to prevent the apartment from becoming an oven. Definitely to improve the cleanliness, rather summary, and the kitchen equipment, very lacking.

What about .. a corner of paradise, surrounded by the green hills of Lunigiana, a breathtaking view, carefully renovated farmhouse with wooden beams and fine details, the bathroom a jewel with ceramics and iron details. The only sore note is the gravel road of 1 km to travel carefully not to ruin the car, but the place is really worth it, the patio offers a beautiful view of the hills and right in front of our Accommodation we had the castle. This place has kidnapped my heart, I hope to go back.

My wife and I should have spent the whole month of August 2024 from 03 to 31 at the property, we booked leaving out other offers by committing the credit card to the reservation which was accepted based on the requests of the property. We receive the confirmation of the reservation but after a few days we receive the communication of the structure which canceled the reservation because they made a mistake to enter the data but as always it was those who make mistakes pay and the pieces are his and do not have to pay customers. I tried to contact another structure that I had contacted previously but the price had risen by about 1300 euros, now I find myself with them who do not want to live up to their commitments and I to pay the 1300 euros because of others. I turned to Booking the portal where it was advertised but they washed their hands telling me that the structure did not want to hear reasons but could offer me the holiday at a discounted price (ie about 1500 euros more than the booking).
