For the attention of the owner/ senior Manager On behalf of my wife and I, we wanted to extend our sincere thanks for a wonderful honeymoon. We arrived on the 20th of July and are waiting to leave later on today. Staying in room 326, we have been delighted by the hotel itself and more importantly we wanted to place on record the staff have been superb and extremely friendly and gracious. From meeting Antonino, Luigi, Geatano, Francisco, Francesca and the other restaurant and bar staff, every single person is a credit to you and nothing has been too much trouble. We also wish to thank all the reception staff and especially Guiseppe who helped us plan for the day trips to Capri and Positano. His calming support really swayed us and again we thank him for his help. We don’t as a rule allow ourselves to return to any hotel that we stay at as we like to have new adventures. In light of this being probably the most beautiful place we have stayed in and more importantly with staff who show genuine warmth we will return in the not too distant future. Thank you. We both appreciate your care and support whilst on our honeymoon and please ensure you extend our thanks to all named as I feel it’s important that genuine feedback is given. Our warmest regards Jim and Carol

Loved our stay at this hotel. The views are amazing and you never tire of looking out to Sorrento and Bay of Naples. Shuttle bus was excellent. Always on time. Full choice for breakfast. Pool area and sun beds nice area also. Hotel that always seemed to have lots of space to relax.

Superb! Delightful spacious hotel, set on a hill top with fabulous views over Sorrento, Vesuvius and Bay of Naples. We upgraded our room (at a cost of an extra 50 Euros per night) for a balcony with sea view and it was worth the extra expense. Some rooms around the hotel looked to have a very disappointing view, so I would check exactly where your room would be. The room was air-conditioned, spacious and relaxing with the bed view. It was very clean, room service was excellent, amenities were good and we had no problem with noise, in fact the opposite, it was very quiet. There is a delightful clean pool with many loungers, pool side bar for drinks and food and also landscaped gardens. There is free Wi-Fi, some evening entertainment, although I would describe this as 'tasteful' rather than 'disco', marvellous restaurant, offering delightful food, excellent breakfast and you have the option of eating in or on the terrace to enjoy the views. Terrace availability is on a first come/first served basis but there are many tables on the terrace and we certainly did not have an issue with trying to get a table on the terrace. The waiters are expecting you to want to eat outside, however inside is extremely spacious, air-conditioned and comfortable. There is a free shuttle bus from this hotel into Sorrento town, and back again, running almost every hour and should it be full, then two trips are made to accommodate everyone. The walk down into Sorrento is doable but not recommended. The shuttle service is faultless! From the hotel you can book trips, that actually pick up/drop off from the hotel and price wise they are no different from holiday package trips or tour operators in Sorrento itself. The reception staff are very helpful with whatever issues that need to be discussed/addressed and their English is excellent! This hotel is very clean throughout, the staff are very pleasant and helpful and we had a delightful July stay. No cash is accepted in the hotel - to pay for drinks for example is made via your electronic door card, so perhaps advisable to keep a note of what is spent. Drinks were of a town price I would say, for example 5 euros for a coke, 14 euros for a cocktail and 8 euros for beer. Restaurant water was 5 euros a bottle, with room bottled water in the fridge costing 3 euros for replacement. Of note if you are thinking of booking a trip from Sorrento itself and not through the hotel, it is possible that you will have a problem of getting to the pick up point early as the shuttle bus would not be running at that time. I contacted the hotel before leaving for our holiday to see if it was possible to book trips through them, if they collected from the hotel directly and what trips were offered and in reply sent a detailed email covering 42 trips that could be booked through them, or before your holiday to make sure you got the day/trip you wanted. We did do this and payment was made on arrival at the hotel. We were collected and returned to our hotel from the trips booked through the hotel. They covered absolutely everything people could be interested in! I will review the trips separately but just to say I would definitely recommend them as the three trips we did (Capri, Amalfi and Positano boat stop offs/coastal trip and Pompeii and Vesuvius) had excellent reps - very informative, funny and very good with children. The trip prices were no different from tour company prices in Sorrento town. There is nothing I can fault on this hotel, it is a hotel for families and couples alike and our experience was excellent. The only thing I would add is that we went there for an anniversary celebration, which the hotel was informed of by the Travel Agent, but no acknowledgement was made by the hotel in this regard - however this was not too surprising from our point of view, just a little disappointing and I only mention it now in case of interest.
