Relais Il Pennino

Unfortunately this was the only hotel we had difficulties!! When we arrived in the room our TV was not working and the black out of the window tb was broken! When we went to talk to The responsible we had the information that only the next day would be resolved. So our first night was in the clear !!!! The next day the TV was changed and the black out was resolved by putting a mattress in the window !!!! Since we could not move because it was sewn by hand and could fall!!!! Detail we booked a superior room with sea view! Since our view was from the kitchen service area with a Little sea snake!!! The bad thing was we realized that our observation regarding the room disappointed the people who started treating us in a declared impersonal way!! Very sad that because we made the reservation with more or less six months in advance and the worst is to feel uncomfortable for a right is very well paid!! The city is very beautiful and full of polite people!

We had a lovely stay! Everyone was so helpful and kind to us, the room was very clean, and the food was delicious! The view from the hotel and restaurant is magnificent!

We can not say enough about Relais Il Pennino Hotel, located in Massa Lubrense, Italy. It is a beautiful quaint secluded hotel with gorgeous panoramic views of Capri, Ichzha and the Bay of Naples. The rooms are spacious with great views, very clean and well equipped. A beautiful tasty breakfast is included daily at the Hotels restaurant El Cantuccio. El Cantuccio is open for lunch and dinner and is a must visit with a delicious menu of choices and sea views. Also, hotel guests receive 15% off the meal. The staff is very friendly, and helpful with concierge service for tours, transportation and guidance. The local bus transportation is convenient and just steps away from the hotel. Just 2 Euros to Sorrento by bus one way. The Massa Lubrense Marina is close with boats leaving for Capri and other destinations. We were thrilled to have picked Il Pennino Hotel for our 9 night stay in Massa Lubrense which is minutes away from Sorrento. Two reasons why; the quaint city that had exactly what we needed, a getaway. And most important, the hotel staff made our vacation a lifelong memory that we will never forget and 100% return again.
