Relais Villa Savarese

We had a fantastic stay and would recommend this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Our room (Number 3) was lovely, with a super comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning (which stays on even when you're out of the room), fresh towels daily, and complimentary bottled water – all really appreciated touches. The location is great if you're looking for a quieter base. It's around a 20 minute walk into Sorrento's main square, it's an easy, straightforward route. We actually loved staying in Sant'Agnello as it's much more peaceful and less touristy, with some fantastic places to eat and drink nearby. The hotel itself has a beautiful setting and made a brilliant first impression. The only areas we think could be improved are the pool service and lunch menu. The lunch menu could also offer a little more choice. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate to return and recommend. If you're happy with a short walk into central Sorrento in exchange for a quieter, more authentic location, this hotel is an excellent! Some of our favourite food recommendations nearby: Lapillo Tapas - 10/10, only a five minute walk from the hotel. The prawn tacos are a must-try, and every dish we ordered was fantastic. We couldn't recommend it enough. Terrazze Italian Bistro by the waterfront – We didn't have breakfast included at the hotel, so we came here every morning. Great value, beautiful views, and plenty of breakfast and lunch options. Coku – Perfect for sunset drinks with stunning views. We also had food here, which was great. It's on the expensive side and the portion sizes don't quite match the price, but it's definitely worth visiting for sunset drinks. Sky Bar – A rooftop bar with incredible cocktails and breathtaking views across Sorrento and inland both at sunset and at night. It's pricey, but the views make it worthwhile. Il Ruttino – Excellent for a relaxed lunch or an affordable dinner. The aubergine parmigiana was one of the best we've ever had, and the pizzas were excellent too.

Fantastic boutique style hotell with excellent service and pleasant and always available staff. Highly recommended if you like some peace and quiet right next to buzzing Sorrento:-)

My husband and I had a lovely week at this hotel in a suite bedroom with a huge, very comfy bed. The hotel and pool were clean, very green, comfortable surroundings and the breakfasts were great! Perfect position to walk into Sant Agnello or Sorrento and with a good choice of restaurants within a few minutes walk. We would highly recommend this lovely hotel.
