For the review: I stayed at 75 years old with mobility issues. I found the facility nice, but the staff's treatment was very selective. I was denied the ability to take water away, citing the rules, while others were allowed to take drinks away. For luggage assistance, a voluntary tip was requested rather than a set fee. At the buffet, they helped those who could walk, while those with a cane were ignored. It's a shame, because I expected more humanity and respect for the rules."

We come to this hotel often, everything is perfect, the location is unique, the rooms are very beautiful, the staff is kind, and the breakfast is top-notch.

For at least 10 years, my reference point in Ischia has been the Hotel Villa Svizzera. Strategic location, spotless rooms, and the kindness of the staff are truly the strong points of this hotel. The cuisine is excellent! The food is very good, but I would like to emphasize the masterful direction of the maitre Giovanni, who caters to and pampers every guest with a thousand attentions! See you soon for my next visit! Congratulations to all the staff 👍
