Vitalhotel Verdinserhof

It was a magnificent experience: the hotel has a fantastic location, it feels like being in a little earthly paradise... excellent welcome, excellent location, excellent food (6-course dinner every evening!), impeccable cleanliness and adequate spa... I would like to say a few words for those who had complaints about the all-male staff of Indian nationality.... I did not notice any difference from any Italian or European waiter, on the contrary, they were respectful, knew at least three languages, efficient, fast.... smiling..! I fell in love with a property that has the flavor of a family experience with a touch of modernity! Well done, congratulations, stay just as you are!!!

Excellent hotel, excellent dinners! Only downside … the bells early in the morning…

I have just experienced the most sublime, memorable week at the Verdinserhof Hotel. Perched above Merano, the 4-Star Verdinserhof is a unique alpine retreat. The owners and staff are warm, gracious and accommodating. The spacious, immaculately appointed suite was impressive. The fine dining experience is exceptional. The vast breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired while the 5-course dinners, combining Tyrolean specialities with international fare, are fine dining at its best. The Verdinserhof offers a unique Alpine experience: the Spa includes both indoor and outdoor pools, a delightful Sauna Village, Turkish bath, natural rock cave and a natural spring. A vast array of health and beauty treatments by expert practitioners is on offer. A 10-minute drive to Merano and a 5-minute walk to hiking trails and cable cars make this a prime location. Tandem paragliding is a popular way relish the breathtaking scenery. In short this is an idyllic getaway to re-connect with your soul, enjoy outdoor mountain activities, indulge in the top-tier Spa and relish fine dining at its best.
