Hotel Sant'Agata

Lovely hotel, we are just completing our last day here and it’s been very good. Staff all very friendly and helpful with the day to day stuff and also trips, bus services etc. we booked 3 trips with the hotel and all were excellent. Access to Sorrento is by bus, it’s fairly easy, one thing I would suggest to the hotel would be to look at maybe a courtesy bus/car option as other hotels offer that. Sant Agata itself is nice, traditional Italian village and the hotel is close to shops, bars and restaurants as well as a pharmacy and supermarket. Rooms are in good condition and clean, maybe a touch small but very comfortable. Everything works as it should. Breakfast was good, ideally a bit more selection would be good especially in terms of fruit options, coffee machine had a mind of its own some days too. Evening meals we had were excellent and I thought good value for money as well as were the poolside lunches. All in all we enjoyed our stay and if we were return to the area we would stay here again.

Had a lovely weeks holiday last week even though very hot managed to stay cool around the large pool.Excellent location near restaurants and bars ( our favourite was Orlando’s) .Made very welcome from minute we arrived all staff friendly special mention to Ilaria on reception and Carla in restaurant Our room looked refurbished and immaculately clean in main building overlooking the pool.Food varied and very good loved the pasta. Went on the Amalfi / Positano trip through the hotel great day out but hot.Hopefully will visit again but not in August as very hot.

This was our second stay in Sant'Agata, but first stay at this lovely hotel! We were made to feel like VIP's from the moment we arrived! Our room was big, light and airy with the most enormous and comfy bed! Every single staff member was fabulous! All were courteous, friendly, helpful, discreet and incredibly efficient. The pool area is calm, quiet, sophisticated and immaculate. We had a lovely continental breakfast every morning (included) and both lunches and evening meals were delicious and beautifully prepared. An added delight was the private car and moped collection on display at the hotel. The hotel is fabulously located for walking to all the excellent restaurants in the town and very easy to hop on a bus to visit places such as Sorrento and Positano, etc. We've only been home a couple of weeks but we can't wait to return!
