B&B Dolcevita Pompei

I have just returned from a weeks stay in Pompei at the Dolce Vita B&B and can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience. The B&B itself is small and welcoming. The host, Salvatore went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. The room was basic but very comfortable. It had a fridge and a stove, a tv and perfectly sufficient bathroom with great shower. Salvatore puts on a great breakfast with fresh croissants and doughnuts, lots of bread, cheese, ham and as much tea and coffee as you can drink. Fabulous way to start the day. Its location is also fabulous with only a 5-7 minute stroll to the entrance to Ancient Pompeii. It is also close to the train lines to Herculaneum, Sorrento and Salerno. Tickets cost no more than €2.80 each way which is incredible value and a brilliant way to reach the Amalfi coast. Our flight back was 21:30 and Salvatore allowed us to keep the room until we had to make our way to Naples airport. All in all a fantastic B&B and a truly memorable break. Thank you Salvatore.

An unforgettable stay at the B & B Dolcevita .. The B & B is ideally located to visit the excavations and be able to move to Naples etc... The room is all the structure is clean, nice and comfortable, but the quality that distinguishes it is the excellent Welcoming and availability of Sig.Salvatore; always ready to advise and book everything you want.... plus in the morning breakfast is always plentiful and satisfying!! Ah I forgot, for those traveling with a dog (it is presumed polite) there are no problems; even Ugo il Ns. dachshund had a great time!! It 'was a sorrow to leave all this, I will close with this little story ; one night I forget my backpack in a restaurant, inside the backpack I have everything ... Well Mr. Salvatore immediately activated with the phone with the restaurateur, and everything was resolved. What to say THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!! Claudio Francesca & Ugo

Nice room in the center of Pompeii. Great breakfast and plentiful. The owners extremely available and very nice. Too bad we only stayed one night...
