If negative stars were an option I would rate this place that. I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to stay in this place because no one should be subjected to this so called "bnb". Not only is it in an extremely unsafe area but it is almost impossible to locate. After being let into the apartment looking hotel by some random men who spoke little to no English we lasted for a total of five minutes before entering fight or flight mode and running out the door. It was the most illegitimate experience of my life and I may or may not have PTSD from it. Please do yourself a favor and avoid booking this place at all costs. As a female American traveling with fellow female Americans we felt as if we were about to be abducted and sold. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I stayed 4 days in this "bnb", when i arrive, the room on the 5th floor i was supposed to get was occupied. 2nd day, i went to the 1st floor for a room for 2 persons, i had trouble to open and close the door of my room. i demand help at 4p.m nobody rispond i return at 7pm the son of the owners was here, he insults me in italian after helping me. . 3rd day the evening, my room was occupied by an other person !! i change room for the 3rd times in 3 days!!! i said that i was quiting the morning of the 20/07 not the 19/07. A LOT OF TROUBLE, ZERO PROFESIONALISM, ZERO KINDNESS, rooms was clean, the 3rd room i get the toilet seat was broken. the streets around seems safe but i'm not totally sure lot of noise, for me man of 23 y.o not thin it is mostly OK, i never go out at night because i needed to sleep, i think it is not too dangerous but disturbing. If you have no money, no choice or if you are not affraid to fight groups of stray dogs at night it is ok if luck is with you. if you 're looking for a comfy place, i cannot recomment this "bnb". sorry for my english

If you're looking for an unprofessional, uncomfortable, noisy and badly located B&B then I'd definitely recommend here. (That is, if you can actually call it a bed and breakfast since there's no breakfast). I absolutely hate giving places bad reviews but I feel quite strongly about advising against this place. The B&B first of all is in a really dodgy area - not just 'a bit unpleasant' but so shady that we went to the nearest SUPERMARKET for dinner and ate it in the hotel room because we did not want to be outside at night. We initially booked the hostel for six nights but had a change of plan and needed to change our booking to just one night. We explained this to the man 'in charge' who could speak no Italian and beginner's English. I COMPLETELY understand that changing a booking last minute is a real pain - I totally understand that. But the man seemed to understand and said it was fine and we could just pay the cost of one night... Then at 11 o'clock at night just before we were going to bed, the man was knocking on our door and asking us to essentially 'unbook' our reservation on the website otherwise the hotel would have to pay a fee. Bearing in mind that we thought everything was already sorted, and that there was no option to do so on the website, AND this was at 11 at night, AND we'd traveled 150 miles that day, we weren't best pleased. We (at last) managed to agree to try to sort this out in the morning. When we came to check out the following day, there was nobody at reception so we just had to post our keys under the door and leave. Just to also add that the shower didn't work and the rooms are located up five flights of stairs so it's not exactly easy going. I'd like to say that the man in charge was very sweet and did his best to understand but was highly undertrained and shouldn't have been running the place by himself.
