Nice location, walking distance of train station and other areas. Rooms were very clean and smelled nice. The lady who runs it is lovely, gets pastries for breakfast every morning. Bathrooms are assigned to each room however accessible from the main hallway outside the room, not an issue as multiple locked doors into the building so felt safe. Kitchen has hobs, pots, pans, cutlery, cups, fridge, no microwave. Would recommend, had a lovely 4 night stay

Dilapidated B / B , to close. Hygiene and poor services both in the bathroom, and in the rooms, practically dirty.Total disappointment, we advise you not to go there.

The B&B is located in a central position of Naples, opposite the most famous pizzeria "Da Michele". Means are easily accessible in any direction. Very close proximity between Central Station and port. Not far from the airport. The house is run by a certain Maria Pia, flanked by a companion who practically lives in the same structure. Both helpful and nice, but watch out for how much the “kind” car transfer could charge you (if requested). Rooms are decent, but certainly not from Hotel. The structure is very old and should be fixed completely, especially kitchen and bathrooms. Bathrooms are located on the corridor and should, in theory, be matched each to their own room/occupants. -Which does not always happen - The hot water in the shower is lucky to have it stable. Air conditioning in the room ok. Basic TV available but not smart. The kitchen should be completely cleaned, mainly removing the cages with birds, present on the balcony. Fridge and kitchen utensils impractical and dirty. Breakfast is usually prepared by the owner, who adapts to different needs. However, there is a small wall table to accommodate up to two people at a time. All in all, as a support structure it is good for a few days. It should be fixed, thoroughly cleaned up and reorganised. It would make a lot more. We hope for the better in the future.
