Loved every moment we spent here honestly I believe this is the best location in all of Amalfi as it is located just across the street from harbor. Our room was amazing with ceramic artwork all around, very clean and view from it was breathtaking felt like I was in the castle. Staff was very nice to us and helped us carrying luggage from harbor to our room also it’s also sensational that you get breakfast delivered to your room.

Camera con Vista is great. First of all its location : 300 m from Dante metro station. The neighborhood is elegant with nice buildings and small cafe. The room is in the 3rd floor of a building and has pretty much everything that a low budget traveller needs. Fully equiped kitchen, microwave, fridge and a table where you can eat very confortably. The bed also is great. There is free wifi. There is no reception (this may cause some troubles about the check in) but the owner was very helpful and gave us some piece of advice by texting us. I would stay there again for sure.

As long as you treat this property less as a hotel and more as if you are borrowing a friend's bright and tidy apartment, you will be pleased by your stay. We paid less from two nights here than we did for one night in several other cities on our trip. Granted, the narrow street where this building is situated looks like the alley where Bruce Wayne became an orphan, but Naples isn't known for its pleasing streetscapes; we have met only friendly people in the neighborhood in the times we have stayed here and have never felt threatened. The street can be difficult to find, so have your map marked if you are going by taxi. Once you are situated, the apartment is extremely clean and quiet and was more than roomy enough for the three of us. The rooms are high-ceiling and bright and the air conditioning kept the rooms very cool, not a given in Europe where some A/C units would be taxed to cool a 1960 Fiat. Giant wooden doors on the windows can be closed to block out all light for sleeping. The location is excellent for exploring Naples; the pedestrian shopping zone of Via Toledo is a few minutes walk down the hill and the Via Benedetto Croce, home to many shops and churches, begins about a block away from the property. There are several wonderful places to eat nearby and a grocery store, about a three minute walk away across from Piazza Dante, where we stocked up on food staples and toiletries. The internet was not like home, but we didn't swear at it either. If you are looking for a front desk, tiny shampoos and pay-per-view, this isn't the place. If you are self-sufficient and can see the forest for the trees, you will be happy with your stay here.
