Very basic apartment with all beds in same room. No privacy. Agency charges you for normal activities like check in on May 1, 30! euro a night for extra person, late check in 30 euro etc. Our apartment had no windows. Dark cave. Situated in a very crowded, maybe even unsafe, part of Napoli. Never again with agency.

The location is very good, the facilities, at least the one that we touch, are good, it is not recommended for elderly or overweight people, as the room is upstairs and accessed by a small spiral staircase very hard, and the bathroom is down so you will go down at night becomes dangerous.
