Terrible management of the host. Booked through Booking: they never responded to emails or phone calls! Totally unreliable: I left dozens of messages on the voicemail without a response. I needed information about early check-in and other clarifications, but nothing; in the end, I preferred to lose the money and book another place. Never again!! I strongly advise against it!!!!

The room is located in a strategic position to visit the city, comfortable and comfortable but unfortunately I disappeared a perfume that I kept in a beauty 😤

After a long choice we chose this property. Perfect location, The concierge Very kind and very helpful. I had booked 3 rooms. Honestly 2 rooms had a nice view but one unfortunately not (internal courtyard I guess) Rooms clean and quiet and you can use the possibility to have breakfast at the Renaissance Hotel ... which I highly recommend ...( breakfast on the eleventh floor with a wow view) For sure if I go back to Naples it will be my starting point.
