Simply impeccable. The staff could teach a master class to the hospitality industry - smiling, welcoming, and endlessly helpful. The rooms are luxurious and comfortable (I want the bathroom in my house!). The breakfast on the 6th floor overlooking the bay was exceptional. While in the area, do yourself a favor and take the funicular up to the Vomero neighborhood for endless dining and shopping options.

After experiencing multiple hotels during our time in Italy, the Grand Hotel Parker’s set the standard by which every other hotel was measured. From the moment we arrived until our departure, every detail reflected true five-star hospitality. The staff were nothing short of exceptional—professional, warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay unforgettable. Every interaction, whether with the front desk, concierge, restaurant staff, or housekeeping, was met with a level of service that is becoming increasingly rare. The hotel itself is stunning. It perfectly blends timeless elegance with modern luxury while preserving the rich character and history that make it one of Naples’ most iconic properties. Our room was beautifully appointed, immaculately clean, and incredibly comfortable, with breathtaking views overlooking the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius that we will never forget. Breakfast each morning was an experience in itself. Dining on the terrace while watching the city come alive beneath us was one of the highlights of our trip. The quality of the food, the presentation, and the impeccable service made every morning something to look forward to. What truly separates Grand Hotel Parker’s from other luxury hotels is that it doesn’t simply provide a place to stay—it creates an experience. It offers a peaceful retreat from the energy of Naples while still allowing you to immerse yourself in everything the city has to offer. This property lives up to the Relias & Chateau experience. The hotel is stunning, the staff was exceptional, and the room was fantastic. This beautiful property in Naples was extremely well maintained, linens were beautiful, technology was hidden but completely up to date, and the staff was always helpful and warm.
