H Rooms Boutique Hotel Naples

We booked only one night out of the three reserved because the structure was not suitable for us. I think it is very far from the standards of a boutique hotel. Essentially, it is a large apartment where the rooms have been adapted to accommodate guests. Outdated furnishings and a poorly functional bathroom. Air conditioning is hardly adjustable, only to 19 or 20 degrees. There is no possibility to have breakfast. We requested the possibility of receiving refunds for the 2 nights not enjoyed, but our request was denied with excuses.

The main problem was the showers and toilets, where in our room you could not press and run the flush. The exhaustive stairs, comfortable beds. The problem with the shower was that the object that supported the shower came off, causing it to fall off every time the shower was taken. The owner was nice to us but it was like he didn't want us there.

Rooms were clean, equiped with all what you need for stay. Very confortable bed, I slept like a baby. Everyone was sming at me and I felt nearly like at home! Perfect location, close to metro/train few meters from main promenade along the sea. Great value for money!
