HOLIDAY INN

Location was far outside of the city but the subway was very close. Accommodations were good but the breakfast had much room for improvement. Our rooms were small

Appaulling customer service by management and front desk. Had checked in late and whe back from dinner had noticed the room was still hot as the ac was emitting hit air. The temeperatire was 28 degrees. When imwe had informed the front desk were told that the technicians had left as it was after 11pm. We were slso not offered an alternative room until after 1.30am by then my child had fallen asleep. No apology. We were given two fans for two spaces. One large and one small. Nothing from the hitel. The manager arrives at 9am and i have been told ahe speaks no english. I qm gibsmacked that this is no the holiday inn level of servuce one expects.

We stayed for 5 nights, hotel is conveniently located, about 10-15 min on taxi from the airport and about 5 min walk to subway. Unfortunately, there is nothing much in the area of the hotel except of couple of bars and restaurants, but you can get centre of Naples in just few minutes with the subway. Very helpful reception team, we had and early arrival and even with hotel being busy they managed to check us in. Good breakfast, my wife and daughter are celiac and breakfast team was doing outmost to arrange gluten free options for them every morning and what is most impressive you did not have to remind anyone about it, as soon as they saw us, they were already coming to advise what is available from gluten free items.
