Clean, spacious room with air conditioning, close to the city's main points of interest. The breakfast is buffet-style and abundant.

Excellent location that allows you to be a few steps from Via Toledo and also with a very short walk to Piazza del Gesù Nuovo - Monastery of Santa Chiara - Veiled Christ. My room was very clean, well-equipped, and everything was working. Kind and competent staff. I am not giving 5 stars because I want to point out that the rooms facing Via Medina can sometimes hear street noise and because the hotel lacks a lobby; the rooms are arranged on 2 floors (3rd and 5th) of a building. There is an elevator. It is kindly permitted, however, to leave luggage after check-out and use the facilities. The reception is open 24 hours. The breakfast room is also small, about ten tables or so. Breakfast has a little bit of everything, both sweet and savory, but with a limited variety. I chose and would choose this hotel again for the promotional price, which is a good value in relation to what is offered. I recommend taking the bus from the central station and getting off on Via Medina. The Toledo and Municipio subway stops are also very convenient. The area is equipped with everything from a hairdresser, to restaurants, to the church.

After spending five super hot days in Ischia at the Terme Tritone hotel, we continued our vacation with three more days in Naples: at the Napolit’Amo Medina hotel. Our room on the fifth floor was very beautiful, the view from the balcony was great and the cleaning was really faultless. The hotel’s location was great, close to everything. The entire hotel staff gets an 11 + on the scale 1 -10 from the Aerotarvelling couple!
