Terrible Place – Avoid at All Costs I spent one night at this property, and it was an extremely unpleasant experience for several reasons: It is virtually impossible to sleep. Noise insulation is non-existent, and you can hear every conversation, door slamming, and movement in the corridor throughout the night. The toilet in the room was partially broken. Although the property advertises itself as a hotel, in reality it is simply a room rental with no meaningful services or hospitality. The management is remarkably arrogant and unfriendly. Rather than addressing concerns, they insist that they can call the property a hotel simply because they choose to do so. Additional charges and city taxes are collected, yet unlike every hotel or B&B I have stayed in, no receipt is provided for these payments. If you are looking for a sleepless night in a poorly maintained property, want to pay extra fees without receiving a receipt, and enjoy being lectured on what the word “hotel” supposedly means, then this is the place for you. For everyone else, I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

We booked for one night, rude, arrogant and overbearing owner. I booked hotel pignatelli and found myself in the Emmanuel pension without any explanation. The guesthouse is clean but without heating, only a small stove, there was no hot water, there was no hairdryer and the soap was oxidized for how old it was. The owner only wants cash and does not issue any invoice. We canceled one of the 4 rooms 12 days in advance and still planned to retain the deposit. Never again, bad

Very kind and helpful owners, very clean hotel, room equipped with everything, the strong point is certainly the central location, a few steps from Santa Chiara, the owners leave the keys and therefore maximum freedom of timetables, I often go to Naples for work , I will definitely go back.
