Not recommended from any perspective: terrible reception, aggressive attitude, and services that were far inferior to what was promised. After decades of traveling without any issues, this was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered! After check-in, when we were already far from the establishment, we were contacted by phone in extremely rude and threatening tones: we were told to return immediately to the hotel to vacate the room, otherwise they would take care of clearing it, effectively leaving us without accommodation. The reason? According to them, we had booked a triple room even though there were only two of us, when in fact we had properly booked and paid in advance for a triple room for two guests. It would have been enough to verify the reservation or to ask politely. Instead, they preferred to adopt an aggressive attitude right away. When we sent the invoice proving that we were right, they did not even have the decency to apologize. The problems do not end here. At check-in, we were assured that we could leave our luggage at the hotel on the last day, but when the time came, the reception was simply closed. I also advise avoiding breakfast. On the website, it is described as "buffet" and the photos show a real breakfast room, but the reality is completely different: a plate is served with - per person - 1 glass, 1 instant coffee, 1 tea bag, 1 mini jam, 1 mini Nutella, and 1 mini packaged croissant. I am attaching the photos so that everyone can independently assess whether all this justifies the €18 requested. The problem is not just the price, but the fact that what is offered does not correspond at all to what was advertised. I chose this establishment only because, during the weekend I was supposed to be in Naples, there was very little available and the location near the station, combined with the low price, seemed like an acceptable solution. But even in much cheaper and unpretentious establishments, I had never encountered such an unpleasant experience!

I left my camera charger behind after checkout. When I called the hotel, staff assured me they would follow up — but no one ever did. I then reached out via WhatsApp, which they read and ignored. This wasn’t just an inconvenience. A camera charger compatible with my device was impossible to find elsewhere in Europe, which significantly disrupted the rest of my trip. What disappointed me most was not the mistake itself, but the complete lack of follow-through after promising to help. This kind of arrogance from a hospitality business should not go unaddressed — and that is exactly why I am leaving a review for the very first time in my life. If you’re traveling with equipment you can’t easily replace, be aware that this hotel cannot be relied upon when things go wrong.

Only technology, no presence at the reception in the 5 days of stay, only communications via WhatsApp. Little cleaning and poor maintenance. I do not consider it a hotel and would not recommend it.
