The worst service, the worst hotel in Naples, which a beautiful and welcoming city does NOT DESERVE, poorly managed. Meditate people, meditate... Expectations were high, but the reality was a disaster, total lack of cooperation from the staff and management. Old and outdated hotel. Reported the problem at the reception and absolutely not helped in solving the complained issue, RATHER THEY ADVISED AGAINST RETURNING AND DID NOTHING TO RECOVER THE CUSTOMER AND THE RELATIONSHIP. WHAT POOR WELCOME AND WHAT SERVICE!!!!!!.........

An excellent city centre hotel. Ideally placed for restaurants,bars and shops. Roughly 20 mins walk from port. Lovely friendly hotel, were the staff were excellent and nothing to much trouble. The hotel is lovely inside. Would highly recommend it.

Stayed here for city break in February. The area is lovely, full of little bars and restaurants where the service was great and the food amazing. Definitely the best part of Naples to stop in. The hotel was very clean and the room was really good with nice, firm beds. The staff on reception were really great and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. However the service at breakfast and in the bar left a lot to be desired. When it was quiet the staff would stand in the corner and chat amongst themselves. This in itself wouldn’t be a problem if they paid attention to what was going on but if you needed anything you had to get up and interrupt their conversation to ask for basic things like a cup of coffee and it made you feel uncomfortable, as though you were intruding on their personal time. This wasn’t just an isolated incident it happened every single time. It’s quite a big deal and needs to be resolved. If the staff actually paid attention and did their job the hotel would be really nice, but this lets the whole place down, at breakfast in particular.
