Ramada Naples

We primarily chose the Ramada for it's location near Naples Central Station so I was fully aware of the area it was in. It was absolutely fine, safe and busy during the day and most evenings we were back by 11pm too. Yes, the streets are noisy but the hotel and the room was very quiet. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast buffet was plentiful. The decor is indeed a bit dated but we were out all day and only came to sleep so for that matter the hotel ticked all the right boxes for us.

Good location, close to the central station, the reception is professional and they try to accommodate even the most particular requests. Unfortunately, the rooms show some wear and tear, evident in the carpets, wallpaper, and bathroom fixtures... It is a 4-star hotel that cannot maintain that rating unless it updates a bit.

Important premise: the staff They are super kind and nice. They deserve a round of applause because they are good, but the hotel is a bit dated and has the... Carpet in the room. The rooms are large and spacious, but... The carpet caused me a terrible allergy. The area... let's say it is convenient for the station but not for sightseeing.
