A very welcoming family run hotel. Clean tidy and everything we expected and wanted for our mid week break. Rooms were spacious and clean with excellent air conditioning which was a massive plus for me. We decided last minute to book a break away after my daughters graduation from primary school. All staff were extremely kind welcoming and a pleasure to deal with. We would like to give special thanks to ***Roberto & Luca *** They gave us 10/10 service from start to finish. The front of house reception staff were always extremely helpful and helped us with all our needs. Particularly Angelo and our personal photographer Elena. Lorenzo also needs a shout out for making the amazing cappuccinos that kept me going every morning. I would just like to add that a family run business like this is what I'd love to have. You guys should be extremely proud of yourselves. Food was amazing they went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed... Homemade pizzas were to die for... 10/10 we will particularly miss these!!! Roberto thank you for my beautiful pasta dish that you personally made for me. I appreciate you. Hotel in a hilly area, in which we stayed for 5 nights Located in a quiet area away from city traffic but with shuttle Service to the metro. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Staff super welcoming and attentive to any need. We felt like family! A special mention to Lorenzo who welcomed us every morning at breakfast with professionalism, kindness and sympathy, as if we were friends forever, and who pleased us in every request. Straconsigliato, we will definitely be back!
