Sant Eligio Hotel

Emilio was friendly and welcoming upon arrival and throughout our stay. However, the room was a disaster, beds were uncomfortable, the light design was horrendous (different color fluorescent bulbs in chandelier etc) and the shower was overflowing and really needs a good clean... Also, even though their page says that the rooms have wifi, this is NOT the case. The first evening we asked about it and the other man at the reception told us it would be solved in 5 minutes. 2 days later, it was still not fixed and when i called the reception to ask about it, the man just said "general problem" and hung up in my ear. Very very rude... Breakfast was okay, but only one cornetto each with nutella and juice and coffee (which was good) The whole stay felt awkward and just not pleasant... Its a shame, it could be an okay place to stay with some renovations and remodeling... I didn't mind the neighborhood much, contrary to some other reviews.

Clean rooms, but pretty old furniture. No restaurant in the hotel. The breakfast is every day the same. The rooms needed renovation. The room for 4 person is too small. I didn't enjoy the stay there. No wifi in the rooms.

Nice hotel in the heart of Naples. You can have breakfast either in your room or up on the roof terrace (which can be cold if before the sun comes out). No meats for breakfast though....even though they show a sausage on their photos!! :) Nice enough people in reception. Helpful. The surroundings of the hotel aren't anything toi look at, but its all safe there, so no worries! You cant get the free wifi in all rooms though..saw many people sitting on the communal stairs with their phones and laptops!
