The location of the hotel is strategic, and overall it is welcoming and elegant. The essential size of the rooms and the shower stall might be acceptable, but not the management of the air conditioning, especially on these red-alert days. Corridors and lobby are "refrigerated," but in the rooms, you are gasping for air... We did not try the restaurant and breakfast, as the prices did not seem appropriate. Overall, however, a positive experience.

A regular customer of the Starhotel chain, which I find excellent, this is the third time I have stayed at the Terminus, which is in a strategic position for both the train station and the Beverello pier. I give four stars even though in the last two stays we had some problems with the room, reported directly to the staff. The reception staff proved to be cooperative, however, especially on the last occasion, and tried to make up for the inconvenience as much as possible. A note of merit to the breakfast room manager, an exquisite person (some collaborators, on the other hand, were a bit rougher) and friendly; the products are varied, of quality, with ample space for vegan and lactose-free options and frequently restocked. The terrace on the seventh floor is wonderful, the floor where breakfasts are currently served, with an admirable view of Naples and the gulf. We hope for further improvements because the hotel really has great potential

Firstly, the Staff were Professional, Smartly Dress and very Polite and Helpful. Our main concern was the size of our 'Superior' room we had booked. Although the room was of a sufficient size, the shower cubicle was ridiculously small and claustrophobic. The room was clean and well supplied, but the A/C let it down as it never truly got as cold as we like it. We discussed our last visit in 2015, and both agreed the differences were noticeable. We were shocked how run down the outside area had become in Naples, which we found sad, as we love Italy. Rubbish blowing everywhere, overflowing bins and undesirables sitting around with nothing to do. The rubbish outside of the Hotel was shocking to see and doesn't set a good impression. Also, it is never a good sign when you see such a Police presence around and area, it sends out the message that concerns have been raised, although we never felt unsafe. We still had a great time but sorry to say we will not be rushing back to Naples anytime soon.
