Welcome

Αlessandra is a very friendly and willing person. She welcomed us and gave us a map with the must see. The room was excellent clean and comfortable, also the bathroom was big enough and pretty new!Even though Alesandra lives next to the room, she is very discreet and every time we was coming back the room was tidy and warm.Also the breakfast was really good and fair!

We had a great stay here in late June 2018. Our room was large and spacious, the shower was the best of our trip, and the building had a really cool/classic, early-20th century aesthetic. The breakfast here was the best I had in Italy... easy-to-use coffeemaker, plus a microwave and (part of) a small fridge with room to store my store-bought extras. Best of all, however, was the personal service the owner/operator, Alessandera, provided when our luggage was lost for two weeks after we left Naples. It turned out our bags were stuck at the Naples airport. Alessandra communicated with us regularly on Whatsapp and made several phone calls on our behalf, speaking directly with the personnel at the Naples airport. She was incredibly helpful.

We stayed here for 3 nights and found Alessandra very welcoming. She was most helpful, giving us information about where the metro & bus station was. She gave us a map pinpointing where the building was and the main areas of interest where. The rooms & ensuites were exceptionally clean and well maintained, cleaned everyday. The breakfast, tea & coffee making facilities were great. Alessandra went above and beyond even ringing us a taxi one evening. It is on a busy street but i came prepared with earplugs. Also, it is in a residential area so off the tourist trail but gave you a taste of "real" Italy. Plus it did take us an hour to walk down to the port but lots to see & do along the way. There was a bus stop just round the corner for those not wanting a walk. I would reccommend a stay.
