Best Western Ferrari

I had never been to Nola before and I didn't really know what to expect. So I chose my hotel carefully. And I chose well. This is clearly a very well managed hotel. It is beautiful. It is difficult to know where to start to describe the great experience I had staying here. Loads of parking, then on walking into the vast lobby you are immediately struck by its modern feel and excellent layout. Check-in was very efficient and I was swiftly on my way to my room, which was lovely! It was at that point that I began to notice a few things. Firstly, not only how spotlessly clean the whole place was but also how peaceful the hotel felt. And jumping forward, I have to say that it was probably the best in terms of sleep quality I have ever had. Then on to a walk around the facilities. Simple to describe, great very reasonably priced restaurant, a great surprise! A moderately sized but nice pool, perfectly adequate and a really nice area, and loads of class everywhere you looked. Beautiful! with very comfortable leather sofas strategically placed around the hotel for comfort. But quality sofas that you were bound to sit on and fall asleep on if you were not careful. This is a great hotel. Then onto the hotel's finest asset.. the staff! Wonderful, warm, welcoming staff who are a credit to the hotel and the Best Western brand. In just eight days I felt that I had friends at this hotel. From the two ultra professional mature Italian waiters I met to the lovely, again traditional waitresses who kept a well-stocked breakfast alive from start to finish. Finally, the cleaners and housekeeping. Unbelievably good! As I have said, the whole place is spotlessly clean. This hotel is perfect! The proximity to the highways for easy navigation to all of your required destinations, two bars to sample within metres of the hotel and even a Lidl 100m away. All in a "safe as houses" area, as we British say. But also really Italian as well. I am going to be coming to Nola at least five or six times a year. I needed to find a perfect place to stay each time I come. I chose very carefully. But I did not expect to find the perfect place on the very first attempt. That's a first for me.

An elegant hotel with welcoming common areas, renovated and clean rooms, and a comfortable bed. The dinners at the restaurant were also of a good standard. The breakfast should just be improved, as it does not offer much choice, especially for savory options.

Excellent structure managed by friendly and competent staff always ready to meet the most disparate needs. Note of special merit for Annamaria (Reception) Giuseppe (Hall) Anna (Rooms)
