I recommend the Leucosya hotel for the excellent services the property offers and for the helpfulness of the staff. a note of particular merit goes to the entertainment (style animation) which was excellent, engaging, and never invasive, unlike other places. compliments to the entire entertainment staff: Angelo, Francesca, Karin, Daniil, Umberto, Isabel, and Manuel.

Fair vacation but there is better. Let's start with the booking: very old-fashioned style via email or from the site you have to ask for quotes (every time you want to change dates, add or remove people you have to make different quotes and you have to wait, furthermore you cannot make the payment online). The property needs quite a bit of maintenance (the pool edge needs to be cleaned better, toilet paper often missing in the pool bathroom, some areas need to be repainted, the main building is a bit dated). Luckily we had the new apartments which are nice, spacious and cool (anyway even these needed some touch-ups, light not working, TV that skips, door handle that falls off etc). It is not possible to have a duplicate key and that is inconvenient if you want to return at different times, especially to the apartments which are more spread out compared to the hotel rooms. For those staying in the apartments there is a walk to go to the sea (about 200 meters) and it is completely under the sun (there are no trees on the path). There are also some good points that I highlight: excellent food and fun and very present entertainment.

Just returned from a week-long vacation with the family. Overall the vacation was pleasant, especially thanks to the entertainment staff who, even though they are young, managed to create a nice atmosphere and turn perfect strangers into a big family! The staff is very kind, from the guys who work at the bar, to the waiters, to the cleaning ladies, to the reception staff..... The only flaws are: the small room, and the restaurant service is a bit repetitive. At breakfast, the savory options are almost completely missing and they only offer coffee and cappuccino from a dispenser. For the rest, the pool is large and well-maintained, just as the bar and the outdoor spaces are well-kept. The beach is basic but functional even if it is a cove and does not allow for walks along the sea.
