Way up in the mountains Free bus to the centre of Sorrento excellent service last bus back 23.30 just have to pre book with hotel otherwise €60 taxi back for a 10/15 journey Hotel setting beautiful Food 8/10 Drink 7/10. Fizzy pop was flat only thing to complain about really Service was excellent Would go back not in the main weeks though very hot

Lovely hotel the waiters are amazing Anfrin is my favourite so polite, the food is great, the pool areas are lovely hotel is clean and reception staff are so helpful I dropped it a star due to the bar staff the man and woman behind the bar are rude. I have never people who work in hospitality that think it’s ok to talk to the guests how they do. TUI Reps have been outstanding

First, let me say how beautiful this hotel is with its stunning scenery! It’s truly breathtaking. The location is fantastic, with a free bus taking you to Sorrento in just 20 minutes. However, it’s best to book a seat on the small bus at reception the night before. The rooms are lovely and the beds incredibly comfy. We slept very well, even though we didn’t have a balcony. The rooms were spacious enough. However, I have a few minor complaints. The restaurant staff weren’t always friendly and sometimes didn’t even speak to us. On our last morning, we went down for breakfast and found the tables filthy. The table we usually sat at was covered in food, which was disgusting and none of the staff seemed to care about cleaning it up. Other tables had stains on their tablecloths, which also put us off. To top it off, I went to get my fruit for breakfast from the fruit containers and three flies buzzed out, so I didn’t want to eat it. We enjoyed sitting by the quiet pool and relaxing there. However, a few times we’ve come down in the morning and found the pool dirty. Cups were left from the day before, lemon was in the pool and drinks were spilled on the floor. We also wanted to play tennis in the morning, but they only had two rackets and no tennis balls. So that was the end of that morning. The TUI reps have been fantastic! They were very approachable and told us everything we needed to know! We went down on a free tour of Sorrento with the rep which we thought was very interesting as we then knew where everything was for the duration of our stay! Overall, the value for money is excellent and the food is delicious. Despite these small negatives, I highly recommend this hotel and we’ll definitely be returning.
