This hotel was a dump. Simple as. I went on a JustYou Holiday and was on the 4th floor. Room 401. The mirror in the bathroom was covered in rust. The TV didnt work. The shower was very weak and took ages to wash my hair. The room was dated and tired. It was located on the terrace floor. Which is good, but the hot tub was covered in blue tarpaulin and breeze blocks. Wasnt in action for the whole week. This is supposed to be a 4 star. Its 5 mins from the Pompeii ruins. Thats it. The breakfast was terrible. Considering we were in Italy, the coffee was awful, the bread was like cardboard. I rarely ate anything so I was beginning the long tours, starving. A fruit tart isnt breakfast. The food was so bad, that even though we had pre paid for hotel meals, we still went out. Over £2k charged for a week away. Paid for a shabby crap room and poor cheap quality food. To annoy even more, the Herculaneum Tour cost £155. Why is a mystery considering on certain days it was FREE entry or around 20 Euro. Would a 4 star serve Calamari and chips for a main course? Not ones ive stayed in. Its more suitable for elderly travellers so ease and short walking distance to the ruins. Capitalising on solo travellers. More like ripping them off. Everyone on the tour submitted a complaint. Mine is ongoing as I have sent photos. The tour itself was fab and so was the holiday director. I wont book Just You again. Im too young for such a trip.

A great Hotel, ideal for staying close to the excavation area. Well connected and with effective service from the staff. Clean and sunny room. Great rate.

I stayed at this hotel for a relaxing weekend and the experience was overall very positive The location is strategic, a few steps from the Shrine of Pompeii The room was spacious, spotless and well soundproofed, with a very comfortable bed the staff was extremely kind, helpful and always ready to meet every request. Beautiful experience
