Our stay at Hotel Dimora Fornillo in Positano was elevated by Andrea, our concierge. She was incredibly easy to reach by email and handled all our car transport arrangements smoothly. When we ran into an issue with our pickup driver, she resolved it immediately with just one email — and even upgraded us to a corner suite with breathtaking views. That kind of responsiveness and care made a real difference. Highly recommend this hotel, and Andrea in particular, for anyone visiting Positano.

Lovely little place to stay, the staff were amazing, the room lovely and clean with a beautiful view. Really enjoyed our time here :)

Excellent cost-benefit! The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful, and polite. The view of the room to the sea is spectacular and it is very spacious with a good balcony and easy access to Fornillo beach. The challenge is just the access via the stairs, but it is possible to hire a luggage transport service that helps a lot.
