The location and service are very good. Ravello is picturesque and worth the trip. The hotel staff were all very nice and accommodating- I couldn’t cool down on our first night as the AC was not adequate so the night staff member gave me a fan from the office. The breakfast was just ok (cappuccino machine and few hot options) but appreciated the gluten free cookies and crackers. They had gluten free bread but they didn’t have a way to heat it. Cold gluten free bread is just terrible. It felt like a budget hotel but the price didn’t match the accommodation. The best part of the room was the water pressure in the shower. I would have rated lower if not for the smiling faces at reception and the fact that we were in a beautiful historical place.

This little gem, beautiful and historically of great value, welcomes you like family. The location is central, so every historical and artistic beauty is within reach. The property is very well-maintained, with great attention to hygiene. Gardens, pool, exceptional Sigilgaida Restaurant; the Chef and his staff amazed me. My room, a junior suite with a terrace and an incredible view, was of great comfort and elegance. But it is the people who make the difference, welcoming and professional, and top-notch services. And I come to Ravello frequently; I am making this gem my own. Thanks for everything.

Ate lunch at their terrace restaurant: amazing view, very average food at best, in fact the only meal we had in 10 days that was’t good. The pour of the wine was pathetic/minute especially for the cost, ridiculous
