We stayed for five days and had a great time. The hotel is a mix of romantic and modern style that creates a pleasant effect. Good breakfast, there is everything for both sweet and savory. Large, clean rooms, functional bathrooms, daily total towel change, and almost no one does that anymore. One day they even changed the pillowcase because I had stained it with mascara, and I hadn't asked for it. Very attentive. Reception and staff in general, welcoming and helpful. Excellent location for visiting the entire coast by public transport (a highly recommended choice). We will be back soon!

I must premise that I would never have imagined writing a not exactly positive review about this hotel where I go willingly, or rather more, every year for the Ravello festival. For the location certainly, for the magnificent panoramic terrace where breakfast is served (this year not usable without an apparent reason) but also for the typical Campanian cordiality and the professionalism of the hotel staff. This year at the reception and therefore at the welcome desk we found a girl (Karol) who we struggled to recognize as a receptionist just by her clothing, no t-shirt or shirt with the hotel's name or any element that distinguished her, furthermore she spoke broken Italian whose momentary gaps were compensated for by a not very elegant but “decisive” gesturing, certainly not cordial and not representative of the hospitable tradition of the establishment and not appropriate for the role held. A 4-star hotel cannot and must not be represented like this, its prestige is at stake.

We stayed two nights in this hotel and are leaving today with great disappointment. On Sunday, our room simply was not cleaned. The only explanation given at the front desk was that there were no housekeepers in the afternoon, even though no one had come by in the morning. The most regrettable part is that the person at the front desk was unfriendly and clearly did not seek any solution. The breakfast is also disappointing. Asking for a simple coffee seems complicated; there is hardly any welcome, and it really feels like In general, very few staff members are visible in the hotel. The front desk, located on the 7th floor, reinforces this feeling of lack of presence and organization. Unfortunately, the establishment gives the impression of being left to itself, without real direction or attention to the guests. A soulless hotel, which is all the more regrettable in such a beautiful place as Ravello. We hoped for a stay that matched the exceptional setting, but the lack of service and attention greatly tarnished our experience.
