Albergo Terme Italia

Terrible experience. Hotel that presents itself as a 4-star: Mold and a smell of mold in the room with very evident bulges on the walls to the point that the plaster has given way, moldy, poorly maintained and smelly crib, excessively dirty air conditioner filters, main entrance spotlight without a light bulb to the point that the room was quite dark and spotlight in the bathroom With burnt-out light bulbs. Lack of air conditioning in the breakfast room to the point of suffering suffocating heat.

Great Welcoming. Clean room. For a problem with our dog we received impeccable assistance xwhich was a great help. Upon our return the owner offered us to stay at their place again, offering us refreshment with drinks and food if we needed it. Thanks to everyone from the receptionists, Mrs. Bar, the cleaning ladies, Mr. Careca and Mr. Giovanni of the restaurant. Greetings

Seemingly nice hotel but immediately after you realize the dirty pool lack of care in the rooms . you do not sleep neither day nor night as the room "sea view" overlooks the state road then passage of all means of transport. Sad breakfast. And I could. I don't know who gave the 4 stars.pity
