A one-week vacation alone with my 6-year-old son. Excellent experience from every point of view. Hotel in an almost central location, the downhill road to get to the center and the beach is very doable even on foot both going down and coming up (my son even walked it). Otherwise, the hotel shuttle is always on time. Room always clean with a view from the fourth floor of the pool. Breakfast very rich and varied. Dinner was top-notch. We ate very well every night. The staff was very helpful even with a child's needs. Pool was top-notch; after a day out, taking a swim in the late afternoon was refreshing. Overall, I would rate the property as more suitable for adults, even though I did not have any problems with my son; it is a thought in comparison to the other guests who were there. I would definitely recommend it and would return!

We spent two wonderful weeks here with the family (2 adults + 2 kids). We enjoyed half-board. Very nice breakfast selection with everything your heart desires. A great menu in the evening, which was also adjusted for the children at any time. Everything was made possible for us. It was great to see that food is handled very sustainably. Leftovers from dessert were often offered at breakfast, or vegetables were used as salads at the evening salad buffet. Really great. Service was great all around and super friendly. Most of the staff speak several languages fluently. You really feel completely at ease, whether in the thermal pool, at dinner, or at the hotel bar. The room was also super nice and clean! We would love to come back and recommend it to everyone. Our children are just as happy and are looking forward to the next vacation there!
