Hotel Cleopatra

We are a family of 7 including a 10 months old baby boy, and we had a splendid time at the Cleopatra Hotel, spending one week there from end of June till beginning of July. The sisters and brother who run the family are very helpful - everything seems to be possible, the hotel is cosy, surroundings are beautiful, food delicious and we felt very welcome. Always time to give good advice about what to see and what not. Thank you to Giovanna, Barbara & Pietro - and the rest of the staff! The village, a good pizza restaurant, the harbour, il Ponte, il Porto, everything is within walking distance

We're here in Ischia right now, writing this review directly from the hotel terrace, to birdsong and with a feeling of complete happiness. There are five of us: me, my children - son and daughter, my mother (she is 72, and she will give a head start to many young ones) and my friend (I stress, it is a friend, not a boyfriend - in such paradise places you immediately want to dot the i 😄). And we're all absolutely thrilled. Hotel Cleopatra has become the perfect home for us these days. The staff communicate with us like family, and all our wishes are fulfilled instantly and with a sincere smile. It's not just a service - it's a care that's felt in every little detail. Food here is a separate love, especially dinners... it's a real ritual. It's delicious! The five of us are all weaving by both cheeks. Now for the sea. It's here - pure, clear as glass, and yet refreshingly uplifting. You walk in and it's like you've been flushing all day and there's a little salty tenderness on your skin. The water is gentle but not steamy - the perfect temperature to both swim and just stand looking at the horizon. The island of Ischia itself is a separate chapter. There's a fairy tale for the eyes, a rest for the brain and a real burst of happiness hormones. Every street breathes history, every sunset is like a painting, and the people around you are so kind, so smiley, you involuntarily start smiling back. Time here is slow, and it's the best cure for the fuss. We're not leaving yet, but we already know that this vacation will stay with us for a long time. Me and my boyfriend spent 3 nights at this property for our first time in Ischia. Clean, well organized, hospitable, located in an area completely surrounded by greenery but above all quiet. Highly recommended for those who want to spend days in total relaxation and silence. Superb pool and snack Service at the bar. Cozy rooms, clean, arranged and equipped with every comfort. Simple but good cuisine. Giovanna, Pietro and Barbara super welcoming, helpful, kind, helpful ready to clarify any doubt and available to recommend places to visit. Barbara super nice and kind, with my allergies she made herself available from day one. Thanks also to Fabiano. If we return to Ischia, the stop is mandatory.
