Hotel Paradiso Terme

Went twice for the afternoon to use the pool/spa area only. Nice pleasant clean. The only downside is that there does not seem to be an area for smokers so they smoke everywhere. On the two occasions i found myself with smokers around, first time i was enjoying the main pool outdoor and there were two people on each side of the pool smoking so with the wind you smelt cigarette's smoke while relaxing in the pool. Not nice. Second time we went , we were lying down on our sundeck chairs in an area not designated for smoker (anyway there are no signs or area clearly designated for smokers) and a smoker left her position in the middle of the green to come and sit on chairs and use the table behind us and smoke. Very disappointing and annoying while you try to relax. This is supposed to be a place where you detox and relax. Since it is a rather small area outside , a total ban on cigarettes and e cigarette would be welcome and healthier for all. For that reason I wouldn't recommend.

An unforgettable experience; seeing your child cry because you have to go home makes you understand how the stay was.

Compliments to all the staff, very kind and professional. The cuisine is impeccable with dishes that are always different. The cleanliness is excellent. The spa is the highlight... a beautiful experience... ready to return next year!
