We stayed for five days during out visit to the beautiful Ischia. The hotel is situated close to the ferry terminal, only a two minute walk. This place was a real find! The rooms was clean and quiet with a lovely view over the sea. The staff were amazing. Unfortunately we needed a visit to the hospital during our stay and we were offered a lift and picked up afterwards too. In fact, nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. The food was fantastic and served with a smile plus the restaurant terrace overlooked the sea too. A lovely relaxing place to stay and we will definitely be back here again for sure. Thank you very much to everyone at the Pithaecusa. We cannot put into words how much we appreciated your hospitality.

On the plus side : Overall with staff friendliness and the convenience of the hotel position and superb views an enjoyable stay. On the down side :Some of the fixtures and fitting in our hotel room a bit tired and meals more suited to Italian tastes ( an Italian hotel serving Italian food ? who would believe it lol) but we certainly enjoyed our time there, Ischia is a fantastic resort with lots to see

When we arrived in our room and opened the huge shutters we knew we had stumbled across a gem. We stepped out onto the balcony of room 13 (put superstition aside!) to take in the amazing panoramic view before us. In addition to the spectacular views (the attached photo was taken from our balcony at sunrise) we were also impressed with the friendly welcome we received from the moment we arrived. The staff went out of the way to offer helpful advice and even allowed us to use the internet in their office when we needed it. The lovely pool set on a terrace overlooking the ocean was another bonus! Charming service, beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere make this hotel excellent value for money.
