RESTAURANT inedible food, rudeness and bad manners from the dining room staff, air conditioning almost absent, all 4 of us ended up in the emergency room after eating an omelet with stomach cramps, vomiting, and diarrhea. POOL AND SPA CENTER dilapidated, pool from the advertisement is turquoise but in reality green and murky, spa center with peeling walls and cobwebs everywhere, dirty. ROOM old furniture, it passes itself off on portals as a 3-star superior and it is not even a 2-star, sanitary fixtures and faucets encrusted. RECEPTION rude and unhelpful staff, the owner Ms. Patrizia is arrogant and condescending.

They refunded me, but a huge, hateful, know-it-all, and arrogant person who is nothing more than a simple accounting clerk insinuated that my IBAN was incorrect. Because of him, the whole establishment suffered, which in the end was kind and refunded me the 50 euros with which I held the room, and then I didn't go anymore. Obviously, my IBAN was correct, so much so that the refund arrived right there. He exclaimed that he sends and sends and the 50 euros will never arrive to me anyway... I also asked to go on other days. But it was full. Today the sky is gray and I was supposed to go to Ischia for three days; I canceled two hours after booking. And a good thing I did. Surround yourselves with kinder and less arrogant people. Who doesn't make a scene on the phone with customers because they have nothing to do or because they have an unpleasant life and take it out on the public. I also recorded the phone call, which I could send to the facility just to make them understand how hateful that man is! It left an impression on me, otherwise I would never have written! I am an entrepreneur, remember that the staff makes the company. And it makes your economy and reputation!

We stayed in August; nothing to say about the renovated room and the breathtaking view... we didn't miss a single sunset. The common areas of the hotel are unfortunately dated, with rusty chairs, broken and worn-out chair cushions, and zero air conditioning. The pool is nice, although when it is crowded, it would need a lifeguard; many people did not use swim caps and almost felt authorized not to do so (a guy who appeared every now and then would say to put on the cap but then would leave, annoyed by the complaints of other guests). At this point, don't write that it is mandatory and don't sell them at the reception upon arrival! The restaurant is 70s-style, but I must say that I ate well; nothing was ever missing, and everything was very abundant and tasty. The waiters were all excellent, but they were clearly under stress... The pride of the hotel is Maria, who is the most prepared, welcoming, and professional. All in all, a decent stay, but I recommend renting a scooter, even though the beaches are easily reachable on foot; in the evening, it is a problem, as the bus stop 150 m away was very crowded every night, and you risk not being able to get on the bus. Good value for money.
