We have used this hotel for several years, we knew the limitations, but never like this year has it proven to be so poor, a pity because it would have great potential if managed with a minimum of attention. I just want to report: - Elevators frequently out of service - Rooms cleaned in an obscene manner - Table service with a young waiter who addresses you informally as if you were his brother - Dining room with dirt on the floors never removed for a week (verified) - Bread baskets always with the same paper napkin and crumbs - Dirty tablecloths - Orange, pineapple, etc. juices watered down if not just water - Between lunch and dinner only salads and scarce ones at that - For fruit always and only apples and medlars that were rather battered, no oranges - Aperitif evening with very few appetizers and drinks to be paid for extra - Gala evening always with the same things as the other evenings - Solarium pool not working and area poorly maintained - Spa treatments managed in a mediocre way With the old ownership, even with the need for modernization, there was a minimum of decorum and professionalism; now we are in total disarray Stayed at the property in May 2026

Hello, first day at the hotel was dramatic, I haven't been given my room yet, I had to leave the property to get a coffee, I advise you to make friends with the waiters because your requests are not considered. Will I be able to sleep at the property before tonight?

Hotel in terrible condition, old rooms with worn-out furniture, pool service without a lifeguard to monitor very rude people, without swim caps and without civic sense! some cockroaches in the rooms....terrible odors, ventilation and air conditioning system non-existent in common areas, open ceilings in the spa...mold and exposed electrical wires...Only positive note, restaurant and spa staff very kind and helpful, good level of cuisine. 5 STARS ARE SOMETHING ELSE!
