La Serra Holiday Village & Beach Resort

Horrible experience; we arrived Saturday, August 14 at 3:00 PM. As soon as we entered the small house, we found a dilapidated, dirty house with a broken shower, a broken light switch, and ants in the bedroom that were even climbing into the bed. In the evening at dinner, they made us eat without air conditioning; my children (4 and 7 years old) and disabled people were present in the dining room, and when we asked why they didn't turn on the air conditioners, we were told that they weren't obligated to.... the beach was a pigsty, the pools too.... a horrendous place, we ran away after 2 days, STAY AWAY!!!!

The village is very large but poorly maintained in the outdoor areas; despite having a lot of vegetation, the green spaces were only in the main square and in the owned accommodations; all the rest of the houses had dirt and pine needles as a garden. I was lucky enough to end up in a renovated house, so I can't complain about this. The sea is clear, especially in the morning, so I was pleasantly surprised. All in all, apart from the pet-friendly rules, we had a good time; the village organizes both buffets for guests and street food options. I would go back.

Standard village, everything is close and convenient; the sore point is the cleanliness, the rooms are very dirty; the entertainment is cute but always the same things, nothing innovative, always the same songs. Those on full board are at a disadvantage both for the entertainment activities and for the \"gastronomic\" events, as everything comes out just before you go to lunch or dinner. The entertainment rarely respects the schedule, usually half an hour after the written time. The restaurant is good, but the waiters are not very approachable.
