Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but there were some service issues that stopped this from being a higher rating. Check-in was quick and we received a warm welcome at reception. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely balcony and nice views. The pool area was also very good. Breakfast was excellent, and we also enjoyed the food and drinks in the restaurant. Unfortunately, the service from the staff was not as attentive as we would have expected. The free shuttle bus is a useful facility, although the timetable is quite inconvenient. There also seemed to be a lack of proactive service. Welcome drinks were included in our booking, but these were never mentioned at check-in and we had to ask for them ourselves at the bar. At breakfast, we may as well have been invisible at times — we were never offered tea or coffee and always had to find a member of staff and ask. Even at check-out, nobody asked how our stay had been or whether everything was satisfactory. These small things make a difference and would have made the overall experience feel much more welcoming. The hotel itself has a lot going for it, with comfortable rooms, good facilities, lovely views and very good food. However, the service needs to be more attentive and proactive to match the standard of the hotel.

Went with our teenage grandaughters. We requsted 2 Seaview rooms with our agent. We were given rooms at the back facing a run down erea like a farm place old shacks and a cockrell that wakes you up at 5am and car park erea...We were worried for our grandaughters safety. they were put the end of our floor when we requested next to each other and never got.. The rooms were dated.worst rooms we have ever stayed in.Couldnt sit on balcony cos of view.We had to have curtains closed.lt was all Not as disgribed on there web page at all. bedding was washed out white and thin never got changed. We booked premium rooms with panoramic views as it says on there web site!! (I will down load our views) When we approached reception they said we could have sea view rooms for a extra 50 euros per room per day.apparently they do this alot they were so rude to us and other guests who had the same happen to them..When we all spoke to them they were not lntrested.. The breakfast was awfull eggs /omelette not cooked, not much in choice they were cleared away befor 10am.felt if everything was to much trouble for them.. Had to ask a few times for our tea/coffee Evening meals were expensive and not much choice Only entertainment we had was l night a lovely lady on disco Only thing that was good was the pool erea and views from there Would never return to this hotel again..as we heard from many guest

The hotel is very good, the service in the restaurant is exceptional, the waiters are attentive and kind. But, unfortunately, the reception staff were neither friendly nor helpful. It seemed like they were doing a favor.
