no restaurant no swimming pool no parking, no fridge, no water to drink , nasty and rusty bed uncomfortable. they don't even deserve one star. why is still open ? it looks like a scene from am horror movie

My daughter stayed here for 5 nights during a school trip. She stayed in hostels and PGL centres previous so used to the basics, however, this place was dreadful and confirms what other reviewers have said. They arrived on a Sunday to find no water in the pool, eventually it was filled on the Tuesday. Food was very poor, packed lunches were hard as rock bread with a slice of something (cheese or ham) with literally nothing else in them, not even butter. One of the girls returned to her room just after cleaners, to discover 100 euros missing never to be seen again (I notice another reviewer had a similar experience). Only 1 electric socket in a room for 4, no wifi, and air conditioning that had one setting "freezing". She's used to roughing it but said this place was the worst, "disgusting"!

We came here with Bus2Alps on a trip and now I see why we stayed there. It had to be cheap. We were in a room with a bunk bed and two twins pushed together. The room was actually decently clean, so no complaints there. I did however, wake up in the middle of the night to water dripping on my head from the AC unit dripping. I woke up the next morning and went to see if I could get a new pillow and new sheets since they were literally soaking wet. After talking to the guy at the desk for about 15 minutes, he finally agreed to send housekeeping down there to get me a new pillow and new sheets. We had pulled the bed away from the wall and they pushed it back, but we moved it again. When we came back after our daily activities, all of our personal belongings were moved around which we didn't appreciate. Nothing was missing but still, do not touch people's personal belongings! The towels had small stains on them, but smelled clean. They took our towels one day when I went to shower and I asked the front desk for a new one and they gave me a washcloth.. to shower with!! I politely asked for a bath towel (again) and he came back again, this time with a hand towel. I decided it wasn't worth another trip so I just showered with what I was given. The wifi only worked in the lobby and even then it was iffy. Overall, not a terrible place to stay but wouldn't recommend if you're used to a 5 star hotel for sure.
