I had access to the pool as an outside customer. It is mandatory to consume the hotel's food. The two of us felt terrible with diarrhea after eating a salad with smoked salmon. In one of the two, we reported finding a used tissue inside that had been balled up!! No one came to apologize for this very serious incident.

I booked individual air conditioning and got a room with a hole in the wall that didn't refrigerate anything. The hotel said: "We can't turn on the air conditioner" - and in 4 days did nothing. Even Booking tried to help, but the hotel offered no solution. We stayed in the old wing unreformed, with warm room, poorly preserved and impossible to rest or sleep well. 4 nights without sleep. Bad experience. Totally incompatible with a 4-star hotel.

We had booked a package holiday and although the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the set menu we were offered in the evening was poor in standard in both quality, quantity, and variety. Added to this, each and every meal was served lukewarm and therefore even more unappetising. Our room was fine but a number of other guests in our group were disappointed with either an inadequate shower facility or a toilet which refused to operate! Also the outdoor swimming pool, although advertised, was unavailable for most of our stay as it took days to fill.
