The hotel itself is fine and the rooms are also lovely. Great pool and nice breakfast. However there is no understanding of English out of the front desk and a little pricey restaurant. With that said, we were sitting and enjoying our holiday as a huge group of Arabs come down to the pool and scream loudly and have their babies in the pool without diapers. 15 people lie at the toes of one and there are 0 ro. This is obviously normal since none of the staff says anything

The hotel is truly wonderful: elegant structure, well-kept and very clean rooms, kind and helpful staff, excellent breakfast and perfect location. In all these respects it would deserve top marks. Unfortunately, however, there is one aspect that completely ruined our stay. On the hotel terrace there is a sky bar that every evening plays music at an extremely high volume until late at night. Although the room was comfortable, the noise was so loud that it made it impossible to rest and we slept very little. It is a real shame, because the quality of the hotel is indisputable, but those who choose such a property also expect to be able to sleep peacefully. I advise the management to find a balance between the entertainment of the sky bar and the comfort of the guests, perhaps by reducing the volume of the music or limiting its hours. If you are looking for a beautiful hotel and are not sensitive to evening noise, it could be the right choice. If, on the other hand, your goal is to rest, it is good to know that the sky bar evenings could compromise your sleep.

We had a wonderful stay. We booked this the day before departure as we had our Sicily holiday cancelled. Was a great find . The swimming pool is big and beautiful. Plenty of sun beds available. One negative, was the member of staff looking after the pool who was extremely rude to us on 2 occasions. Initially querying why I asked for 2 towels and that it is 1 towel per person per day! I had to point out where my Husband was , ! He then told my husband not to move the umbrella and he hadn’t even touched it. ! He really needs to retire and try smiling. The rest of the staff were efficient and one special mention for Andrea on reception, so helpful and extremely professional. The restaurant manager was also lovely . The hotel is a 20 minute walk to sorrento . It’s beautiful and a very nice vibe .
